I enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from my room. the scenery was breathtaking every morning. The swimming pool area was well-designed, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Breakfast offered a great selection of tasty options, ensuring I had plenty of energy for the slopes. However, the air conditioning was inadequate. the room felt stuffy, especially with temperatures reaching 27 degrees. My room could have used a deeper clean, as I noticed dust on the furniture. The check-in process took longer than expected, too. I had to wait around for my room. Service in the restaurant was a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, while the resort had fantastic amenities, the issues with the temperature control and service consistency detracted from the stay.

During our stay, we loved the well-heated children's pool and the efficiency of the shuttle service to the ski slopes. Our Deluxe Double Room provided beautiful mountain views from the balcony that made each morning special. However, the parking situation was quite challenging at times, especially during busy periods.

I had a great time at Alpin Resort in Poiana Brasov! The spa area impressed me, especially the children's pool, perfect after a day on the slopes. While the hotel felt crowded at times, overall, I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and beautiful mountain views from my room.

The spa was fantastic, especially the pool and saunas. My kids loved the facilities, and the spacious, clean rooms made our stay even better.

In my wife’s opinion, the dining could be improved, particularly for families with picky eaters.

We enjoyed the spacious Two-Bedroom Executive Apartment, which had a great balcony overlooking the forest. The kids loved the outdoor play area and all the activities, keeping everyone entertained. Having a large breed dog was no problem, as the hotel is very pet-friendly.

In my kids’ opinion, the hotel could really use another kids pool option. They were disappointed that the existing one was closed.

I loved how close we were to the Leisure Center Poiana Brasov, perfect for some outdoor activities, and the nearby Black Church offered a fascinating glimpse into the area's history. I felt like I was exploring a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The hotel is definitely family-friendly, with a great atmosphere despite its size.

I had such a great time enjoying the spacious pool and relaxing in the sauna after exploring nearby sights like Biserica Sfantul Ioan Botezatorul just over a kilometer away and the picturesque Season Hill within walking distance. perfect for city strolls and beautiful views.

Breakfast featured a wide variety of options, and dining at the hotel restaurant was an enjoyable, leisurely experience, although we had to be patient for our meals. While the outdoor pool was smaller than expected, the indoor pool was much more inviting. The staff was attentive, enhancing our overall experience, but the vacuuming in the early morning was disruptive.
